Vintage Fred Harvey Sterling & Turquoise tie clip. The boot and spur are tested 925 silver, the stone is turquoise and has a crack running through it horizontally, please see photos. The back has a mark made in it that reads 949, I do not know what the meaning is. The tie bar clip and chain are not silver, do not know the material used. Quite charming little cowboy boot for western fans.
