Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Hand-Stamped Bracelet Fred Harvey 1940s–1950s.

Vintage Native American sterling silver cuff bracelet featuring a wide, multi-band construction made from several parallel silver bands joined into a solid form. The surface is decorated with traditional hand-stamped geometric and symbolic motifs repeated across the bracelet.

The design reflects mid-20th-century silversmithing commonly associated with the late Fred Harvey or post–Fred Harvey period, where bold stamping and strong form took precedence over stone setting. 

This cuff has a substantial presence on the wrist and works well both worn alone or stacked with other bracelets. A well-crafted example of mid-century Native American silverwork.

How to Make Sure Your Bracelet Will Fit

The best way to get a good fit is to measure a cuff bracelet you already have that fits you well and look for a bracelet with those dimensions.

If you don’t have a cuff bracelet to use for comparison, then measure your wrist where you want to wear the bracelet.

Use a half inch wide strip of paper and wrap it around your wrist. Be sure that it completes its circumference over your wrist bone and is in comfortable contact with your skin the whole way around. Mark the paper where it begins to overlap with the start, lay it out flat, and measure from the start to the mark. This is your proper wrist circumference.
