This Fred Harvey Phostint postcard is numbered H-2830 and features the Powell Monument at Maricopa Point in Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. This is the park’s largest monument (in size) and was completed in 1915 to honor Major John Wesley Powell and his group, the first to ‘run’ the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon.
