VTG Fred Harvey Style Sterling Green Turquoise Stud Earrings Petite Thunderbird
These are a fantastic pair of vintage petite sterling silver earrings in a traditional Native American thunderbird design that was typically created for the Fred Harvey Company. The wings and feathers are wonderfully textured with hand stamp work. Two gorgeous green turquoise stones are set in smooth bezels in the center.
They are 7/16″ tall and 9/16″ wide.
The turquoise stones are about 3/16″ by 5/16″.
Together, the pair weighs 4.3 g.
These were likely created in the 1970s (given that’s when the “sterling” stamp began widespread use and screw back fasteners fell out of favor).
