Item Description from Seller

Being offered is an antique, vintage, Navajo Indian made jewelry pin or brooch.  This is a classic Fred Harvey era pin.  The pin is crafted from nickel silver with stone settings.  This pin was likely made at a Native workshop which sprung up to mass produce Indian jewelry for the early tourist trade to the southwest.  Workshops like Bell and Maisel trading post were typical companies making this kind of jewelry.  This type of jewelry was sold at Indian trading posts, curio shops, and tourist stores along the old route 66.  The pin does show age and wearing but isin nice shape for its age.  The pin is approx. 1 9/16″ by 5/8″.
