This is a vintage Fred Harvey Era sterling silver Dragon’s Breath Opal pendant.  The stone is a strong red with lots of lavender blue highlights and is lab-created.  The pendant is 1 1/4″ long by 7/8″ wide and marked Sterling.  Weight is 7.0 grams.  

Condition is good to very good.  The opening that holds the loop is thin at the top edge (seen most easily in the 5th photo).  The stone has some minor light scratches.  Overall, the color of the stone is very pretty and the silverwork has a nice patina.
