Exceptional, Fred Harvey era (c.1930’s) Navajo handmade sterling silver bracelet with a bold, overlaid thunderbird figure at the center of the wide, split shank cuff that is highly decorated with fine stampwork, including arrows and small thunderbirds. This is a hand hammered cuff and not just rolled out. The bird has what appears to be a Cerrillos turquoise cabochon set in a bezel upon its chest. A prime example!
Measures inside from end to end, 5 ½” with a 3/4″ opening. Size 6 ¼. Front of the bracelet measures 1 ” wide. Weighs approximately 23 grams. Beautiful vintage condition.
